DON KRACL
President
Don Kracl is the founder and president of Mortech. Through his entrepreneurial spirit and business driven leadership, Mr. Kracl has managed to transform Mortech into a leading provider of mortgage solutions, which thousands of lenders depend on every day.

Mr. Kracl has an extensive history of working in the financial industry. His more than thirty years in the business includes originating loans, distributing front-end loan processing systems, stock brokering, serving as a mortgage consultant and today, providing innovative mortgage technology solutions to professionals nationwide. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Mr. Kracl was a commercial pilot for several businesses throughout the United States.

Mr. Kracl received a business degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and gained his pilot’s license from the Sierra Academy of Aeronautics in Oakland, California.

JASON STEELE
Chief Technology Officer
As Mortech’s Chief Technology Officer, Jason Steele directs all technical operations for the company. From the early beginnings at Mortech, Mr. Steele’s innovative and determined leadership skills shaped the IT direction, virtually creating Marksman, Mortech’s flagship product. Mr. Steele is in charge of product architecture, implementation and operations. He manages Mortech’s technology infrastructure, leads a staff of talented programmers and successfully aligns technology initiatives with Mortech’s business priorities.

Before joining Mortech, Mr. Steele was at Interact Incorporated as a member of new development staff responsible for designing and building front end administrative tools for prepaid calling systems.

Mr. Steele has Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

TOM ERICKSON
Customer Support/Data Integrity Manager
Bringing more than thirty years of mortgage industry experience, Tom Erickson is responsible for overseeing Mortech’s customer support department and data integrity. In this role, Mr. Erickson manages a staff of dedicated and highly knowledgeable technical support and training team. He supervises data integrity of Mortech products and leverages his mortgage expertise to create a more ‘lender-friendly’ product.

Prior to joining Mortech, Mr. Erickson was a successful loan officer and worked at several savings and loans banks and mortgage companies. He was also the branch manager of loan originations at American Charter and First Tier Banks where he was responsible for the entire origination process, from originating, processing and underwriting to shipping the loans.

Mr. Erickson holds a business degree from the University of Nebraska in Kearney.

DOUG FORAL
Vice President of Sales
As the Vice President of Sales, Mr. Foral is in charge of business development, managing the sales staff and enhancing Mortech products. In this position, Mr. Foral leads and mentors the sales team, creates new business initiatives with other leading mortgage companies and is committed to maintaining the long standing and close partnerships he has built with customers.

Prior to becoming Vice President of Sales, Mr. Foral was a customer support specialist and account manager for Mortech. In these roles he developed several trusting relationships with customers and played a large role in expanding Mortech’s product offerings.

Mr. Foral received his Business Administration Degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln.
