Last month’s release notes included new features to Marksman’s Email Campaign Manager. We’ve made the process of creating, activating and sending out email campaigns even easier. New features include the addition of a ‘Description’ field, several new fields under ‘Message Activation Rules’ and more. Tip of the Month

In order to make sure you're getting accurate gross pricing for a product in a particular state, use the ‘View SRP tables’ located on the ‘Base info’ tab located in the Rates Result area of Marksman. Review this table to ensure your providing an accurate quote based off the loan amount of the borrower’s state.

Employee Profile

DENNIS LOLLMAN
Dennis, the only Mortech employee from Iowa, eventually found his way to Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in 2000, where he majored in History. Before coming to Mortech, Dennis was a personal banker for Union Trust & Bank, where he worked as a teller, opened new accounts/loans for customers and assisted in staff management. He also worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he assisted in running a branch.

Originally hired as a customer support member in 2006, Dennis became an Account Manager in April of this year to play an even larger role in the success of Mortech customers. As an Account Manager, he is responsible for maintaining contact with customers, interpreting their feedback and redirecting their feedback to sales, support, and/or programming. In addition, he sets up users, branches, profit detail, leads and investors for his 100+ accounts.

Dennis is married and lives with his wife, Katie, his 5 year-old daughter, Emma, and their three cats and one dog. When he’s not managing customer accounts at Mortech, he enjoys camping in his new travel trailer and working on his house, which is constantly being remodeled. Dennis also enjoys making his one-of-a-kind, spicy, homemade salsa from his salsa garden for football games- especially college football. Despite his Iowa upbringing, Dennis is a loyal Cornhusker fan at heart and can be found wearing red every Saturday.
